We are pleased to offer Government delegates an exclusive opportunity to visit Bank Negara Malaysia’s Automated Cash Centre (ACC) and G+D’s production facility. The ACC is a fully automated, secure, and integrated cash management hub, equipped with advanced technologies such as automated guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, autonomous robots, and high-speed banknote processing machines.
Delegates will also tour Giesecke+Devrient’s (G+D) state-of-the-art printworks in Malaysia, where they will gain insights into the high-security processes involved in banknote production—from design and printing to quality control—underscoring G+D’s global expertise in secure currency manufacturing.
In addition, delegates will have the chance to explore Bank Negara Malaysia’s Museum and Art Gallery, including the Economics Gallery and the Numismatics Gallery. These exhibits provide insightful perspectives on Malaysia’s economic journey and the Bank’s pivotal role in shaping the nation’s financial landscape from pre-independence to the present day. Highlighting the Bank’s leadership in numismatics and its support for cultural heritage, the Museum features historic numismatic treasures alongside a vibrant collection of Malaysian and ASEAN artworks.
